Introducing PRISM, a solutions-driven supply chain collective.

Solutions Driven by Analysis, not Analysis Driven by Outcomes

Over the past four years the P2P Strategies Global Supply Chain Task Force successfully shaped the narrative on the most pressing geo-economic issue facing the U.S. and our allies—the security and resilience of our supply chains.

Supply chains are the heart of America’s and our allies’ economic and national security. Our prosperity was built on just-in-time, globally interconnected networks that link suppliers, manufacturers, and consumers. This system worked perfectly, until it didn’t. The U.S. spent the past 30 years pushing our manufacturing ecosystems overseas and creating a single point of failure. This was unveiled and exacerbated by the pandemic, geo-strategic competition, the war against Ukraine, and the clean energy transition.

Adding to the challenge, we are experiencing unprecedented and accelerating change. We are in a period of digital transformation, AI implementation, the drive to quantum computing, and space expansion/exploration; all at a time of skyrocketing energy demand, surging need for data centers, diminishing access to necessary minerals, and geo-political strife. Responding to these strains and complexities requires closer, almost unprecedented coordination and cooperation between the public and private sector.

The time for action is now.

In a fast-paced increasingly contentious global business environment, companies and industries can no longer afford to sit idly on the sidelines hoping to be invited into the conversation by the government, offloading their advocacy efforts to government affairs organizations, or expecting think-tanks to move the needle on critical discussions.

A new model of advocacy and engagement is needed for this new global and national political and corporate environment. PRISM is this model.

Decades of experience at work

Kristi Rogers and Steve Clemons are highly respected leaders in Washington D.C. bringing with them decades of experience in communications, policy, and most importantly in achieving successful outcomes. PRISM leverages their experience and expertise by delivering a tailor-made solution for this new environment that blends high-profile, focused engagements that bring together the public and private sector from the beginning to develop real and actionable solutions to tackle the most pressing policy issues facing our country and our allies.

We are honored to be joined by our supportive, innovative and generous founding council members.

The mission of PRISM

With industry at the helm, PRISM will intelligently advance the discussion, reach deeper into the U.S. and allied governments to affect lasting change, continuously educate and inform the media, journalists, and the public to achieve sustainability and security in our most indispensable goods’ supply chains. It is imperative for collective economic and national security.

PRISM will focus on first principles, getting to the heart of the problem from the beginning, rather than chasing the latest issue or fad du jour. It is about defining the art of the possible and working towards successful results.

Value Proposition

  • Identify solutions driven by analysis, not analysis driven by outcomes.

  • Push the industry towards innovative solutions while identifying policy to encourage governments to establish supportive environments.

  • Develop a model multi-national/multilateral agreement that will include a framework of standards, harmonize incentives and export controls, focus on economic development and community engagement, and build towards resilient, closed-loop, sustainable, and secure supply chains.

  • Initiate and engage in matchmaking.

  • Facilitate conversations to scale public private partnerships and move governments from inhibitors to supporters where appropriate.

  • Drive public dialogue and information awareness campaigns.

  • Work to develop, expand, and scale training programs for high tech, advance manufacturing, and mining.

  • Expand dialogue to action with the diplomatic community, particularly around a multinational critical minerals’ agreement.

  • Lead and collaborate to establish a level, competitive playing field and implement a comprehensive, modernized strategy.

  • Convene a consortium of organizations forming a coalition when necessary to ensure implementation of solutions across governments. (Examples include around permitting, export controls, incentives, sustainability, etc.)

PRISM is not just about increasing access, though it will. It is not just about improving the bottom line, though it will. It is about shaping the future, preserving and strengthening our economic and national security at a time when it is needed most.

We are the  go-to group to generate real and actionable policy solutions
